TASHA GAIL JOHNNY
How am I different?
I am not just someone who makes visuals,
I am someone who understands how ideas move
from data and behavior, into content, into design,
and finally into real-world output.
By experience I became more analytical than a typical designer,
more audience-aware than a pure visual creator,
more execution-flexible than a strategist alone, and
more grounded in real-world production than a purely digital creative.
I’m someone who continuously seeks to improve across both creative and
professional areas, refining how I think, create, and execute work.
Tasha's Career in Depth
Started my career as a System Analyst Intern, which trained me to look at structure, patterns, and logic instead of just visuals. Where I tend to ask why this works instead of just making it look good.
I then vendored with YouTube as a content analyst. Which exposed me to audience behavior at scale. That’s where I learned that creativity isn’t just expression—it’s attention, retention, trends and timing.
I learned how people actually consume content in fast-moving environment like YouTube.
This led me to Lazada as a Social Creative Analyst, where I expanded into creative execution across social media, paid media, and campaign work, blending data-driven thinking with design and content strategy.
I learn how creative decisions connect to performance, not just aesthetics.
Then stepping back into design, I am currently a Creative Designer at Domino’s ANZ and adding
printing into my skillset, is where things deepen. It removes the illusion that design only lives on screens.
I start understanding constraints—materials, color accuracy, production limits—which makes my design thinking more grounded and practical.
Across these experiences, I’ve developed into a multidisciplinary creative who combines analytical thinking, content strategy, and design execution into cohesive, purposeful work.
And that's 5 years in the making of someone that goes above and beyond!
